We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair and consistent service to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Trips cancelled more than 45 days before the scheduled trip date, will not be charged a cancellation fee and will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations that are made 45 days or less from the scheduled trip date are subject to a $300 + HST = $339 non-refundable cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations due to emergencies or funeral-related circumstances may be considered for a refund or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Documentation will be required.
